Getting ready.....

Hey ya'll. How goes it? Me, fine. Getting ready for my birthday party. I'll be 29 this year, and since I NEVER throw parties, I decided, for my last year in my 20's, I'll throw a party. Next year, I'll be in Hawaii for my birthday; relaxing on the beach.

The last time I had a party, I was 19. Me and my best friend (whose birthday is 1 week before mine) had a BBQ in our little 2 bedroom apartment. That little 2 bedroom apartment held 35 people..LMAO!!!! We had so much fun. I had about 5 guys in the apartment that liked me, 3 of them I was talking to, and 1 was my ex (first love). We had a WHOLE lot of food, drinks and fun.

Now it's ten years later, and I'm having another party. There will be about 40 people there, a WHOLE LOT of drinks, and a WHOLE LOT of fun (not sure about food, but we can have some of that too). I'll make sure to post pictures, and tell of all the happenings of the weekend. Have a perdie weekend everyone!

I received a phone call last week from someone I used to work with in my old department, and the word around there, is, that the VP said, "the biggest mistake I made was letting go of (Ms. Perdie)...." Hmmm, is that right? Isn't it funny, that I was in the department for 6 years, going no where, and no one was willing to do anything for me, but NOW, since I'm gone, and everything is almost in shambles, you miss me? Well, it would cost you more than you could offer me to come back, so I guess I won't be coming back..... too bad so sad!

Happy Valentines Day everyone! I hope that yours is as great as mine. For the first time in 5 years, I think I will truly have a nice Valentine's Day. Not because of a man, but because I'm in a better place with myself. If I happen to get a gift from a guy, I'll thank him for his generosity; but I already have the greatest gift in the world, the love of my daughter, and right now, that's all I need.

So, for those of you who don't have Valentines, and don't have kids, just know that you have the love inside your heart. Pamper yourself today.

I'm feeling FREEEEEEE!

Hey blogland. How is everyone? I'm fine. Doing well actually.

Over the last few months, I've been on an emotional rollercoaster. My ex-beau and I broke up, and I was going through the ups and downs of being out of a relationship that I thought I wanted. After a lot of thought, and crying and wondering and wishing and hoping, and wanting, I realize that it's nothing I needed. He used me, and it is what it is. I still have feelings for him, which is the obvious, but they are fading away.

On a more positive note, I get back in the dating game. I was meeting some disgusting characters, but I think I've FINALLY met someone worth while. I'll tell more as time goes by.

I'm still working at the bar, and having more fun. A few Friday;s ago, I was SOOOOOOO drunk, it wasn't even funny. I was charging people $10 for a $6 drink (got to make my money!) :0)
I was dancing and drinking, and dancing and drinking, and dancing, and did I mention drinking? LOL!


My birthday is coming up, and I'm having a party at the 40/40 in Atlantic City. I have about 40 people coming, and I can't wait!!!! It's going to be so much fun. I'll make sure to post pictures, and tell you all about my drunken adventures. LOL!

I'm back BA-BABY!!!!!!

Well, well, well, what it do blogland? Did you miss me? I missed you all DEARLY!!!! I finally received a REAL cube with some REAL walls so everything is back to normal. I have a LOT of cathching up to do, and I promise I will get to each and everyone of you.

Well, a lot has been going on with me, but there's too much to write in one post. I'll update you later on things that's been going on. Just wanted to let you know I'm back!
